Workshop Manager
My client is an exciting and innovative design and build company based in East London. Due to our ongoing expansion, we are seeking somebody with an extensive background within the industry to manage and oversee all projects and logistics within the workshop.
The workshop has a constant variance of craftspeople producing scenic elements for TV, Film, Installations, brand and immersive experiences alike.
The Key responsibility will be to maintain and monitor the workshop across the board, actioning H&S awareness, workflow, logistics and maintaining standards.

Responsibilities
● Managing multiple jobs and teams within the workshop
● Ability to arrange and manage up-keep of workshop including relevant safety, maintenance, logistics and general standards
● Manage all H&S responsibilities
● Maintain Inventory of all tools
● Maintain and log all consumables
● Oversee management of all waste
● Scrutinize, develop and improve methods
● Improve on systems, productivity and output
● Supplying feedback for job timelines inc adequate labour and materials
Full Time
The working hours 8am-5:30pm (1h breaks) Mon-Fri

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
