Working Foreman / Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
£45,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)

My client has been running since 2006 and have become experts in providing reactive day to day building maintenance, planned preventative and cyclical maintenance, measured term maintenance and emergency out of hours services, as well as bespoke commercial joinery; full commercial refurbishments and full building services.
The client has also become the biggest contractor within the Southeast for one of the countries largest pub chains.
The role:
My client is looking for a Working Foreman / Site Manager to join their team, ideally coming from a commercial fit-out and joinery background. You would be responsible for looking after a number of commercial sites across the South East, which would include day trips to sites based on the Isle of White.
Duties:
Daily tasks will change depending on the day and the project but can consist of:
· Work to project briefs & specifications on commercial fit-out and refurbs.
· Initiate feasibility assessments.
· Specify contractor requirements.
· Engage contractors and suppliers.
· Develop H&S Plan.
· Issue work permits & site inductions.
· Project handover and practical completion.
· Issue regular progress reports & attend project meetings.
· Issue final account with supporting documentation.
Requirements:
· Prior experience as a project manager is a must.
· Prior experience within the commercial fit-out sector is desired.
