TRAINEE QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR / CLERK OF WORKS LOCATION: ELTHAM / HYBRID & REMOTE WORK SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE Hunter Mason are working on the behalf of a reputable client based in the Eltham area of London. The company itself are a multi-disciplinary construction company that offer a range of services for their array of clientele. You’ll work on a wide range of projects including housing, education, care, health, regeneration, and commercial sectors. Salary is negotiable for the right candidate. To be a successful candidate in this role you will have the following skills and/or experience….

• Assist in monitoring and reporting on works in progress

• Assist in providing an independent assessment of the construction works undertaken

• Maintaining a diary of the progress of works

• Producing regular reports

To be a successful applicant you will ideally have:

• Understanding of passive fire stopping measures and their correct installation

• Knowledge of cladding systems and quality assurance processes

• Site management or site inspection experience

• Contract management background is desirable but not essential

• The successful candidate must hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
