Site Manager (Civil and Construction) Lincoln, UK Salary Negiotable based on Experience We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage civil and construction projects in Lincoln. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries - Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and address them in a timely manner - Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met - Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that they deliver work to the required standards - Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts - Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management on project status - Ensure that the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets all contractual requirements

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a track record of delivering civil and construction projects - Experience managing projects from inception to completion - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously - Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management
