Site Manager – Infrastructure & Groundworks

About
My client is looking for a competent Site Manager who can oversee general construction works, most notably in the Infrastructure & Groundworks sector, as well as the Retail, Highways, Civils, Commercial, & Fit Out sectors.
The successful candidate will need to be willing to travel UK-wide to various projects & look to stay with a company long-term.
Information on the role
Managing projects from set-up to handover and evaluation
Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
Track and report at weekly client update meetings
Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
Manage and maintain all H&S requirements
What we’d like from you
Proven Experience in Site Supervision / Management
Experience in Retail, Petrol Forecourts, Groundworks, Road Surfacing, Civils, Highways, Commercial, Fit Out, & Infrastructure projects
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
Organisation and time management skills
SMSTS Qualified
CSCS card
