Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial site projects, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
Oversee and manage all site activities, including industrial scaffolding, insulation, surface treatment, asbestos removal, and mechanical works.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to monitor project costs, valuations, and variations, while ensuring profitability and cost control.
Lead and mentor site teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives effectively.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and address any project-related issues promptly.
Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
Implement and maintain high-quality standards, fostering a culture of excellence in all aspects of project execution.
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Senior Site Manager in the industrial construction sector, with experience on power generation sites and petrochemical facilities.
Solid knowledge and expertise in industrial scaffolding, insulation, surface treatment, asbestos removal, and mechanical works relevant to industrial projects.
Extensive experience in successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire site teams.
Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the industrial construction industry.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a results-driven approach.
Effective communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
