Hunter Mason are working with a family run company and the largest supplier and installers of block paving, resin bound and natural stone driveways and patios in the south-east. We are predominantly focused on residential projects ranging from 50 – 200 sqm which involves working closely with the end user / client. We install several hundred projects each year and comprise a sales team, head office and 10+ installation teams.
Job Description
Projects manager will need to liaise closely with the Sales Team, Installation Teams and Head Office.
Manging projects from start to finish
Checking and validating specification of works
Co-ordinating on-site meetings
Understanding clients requirements
Documenting works before, during and afterwards
Ensuring final client satisfaction and all projects are completed to a high level of standard
Quality control
Key Skills
Project managing experience within construction
Strong communication
Excellent knowledge of paving specification / build ups
Existing relationships with suppliers
Highly organised
Able to manage multiple projects / Working to a time frame
