Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the final stages of construction projects, ensuring the highest standards of finishing and detailing.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Conduct quality inspections to guarantee compliance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
Manage a team of skilled tradespeople, providing leadership and guidance throughout the finishing phase.
Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the finishing process.
Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure the seamless execution of the project vision.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in commercial to residential conversion projects.
