Roofing/Cladding Estimator
Hunter Mason's client are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing on a full time permanent basis.
Hunter Mason Recruitment’s client, a Cladding/Facade Contractor located in Wirral, has a vacancy for a Multi-disciplined Roofing/Cladding Estimator.
Job Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Prepare quotations on receiving tender documents
Prepare take-offs from client supplied drawings
Prepare Bill Of Quantities for tendered works
Liaise with clients for progress and updates on submitted tenders
Liaise with suppliers regarding best price for materials
Required skills for the role:
Previous experience within an estimating role or have undertaken a qualification in the field
Knowledge of roofing and cladding industry
Very good communication skills, both written and spoken
Sound analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Detail oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
