My client has been established since 1991. they are a family owned business and have grown substantially in the last 25 years and they are continuing to grow. They specialize in reactive maintenance, full refurbishment, fabrication works and property services.
To break it down a little, they maintain many commercial and domestic properties whilst suggesting solutions to reduce costs for the customer, be it via sourcing materials or advising on ways to reduce costs and carbon footprints moving forward.
Their staff always maintain a professional mentality and hold customer service as one of their most important KPI’s. They are always very interested in customer feedback and act on it in the most appropriate manner.
My client’s growth is mainly due to reputation, they believe that their customers are their main stakeholders and therefore this is who they work for. they will always have the customer at the forefront of their minds when they are working.
The role
This role is for an experienced estimator to come in with previous experience in property maintenance to manager various sites in and around London. You will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in reactive property maintenance in both a commercial and residential capacity. Typical estimating duties will be required but travel to each and every site is also part of the job, so be prepared for that. Requirements
As mentioned, you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in commercial and residential property maintenance as well as reactive maintenance. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary and paid for travel.
