To plan, organise, safeguard & manage plans, drawings and documents relating to projects undertaken by the Infrastructure Team.
To address the information requirements of project team members (including appointed consultants) in a timely, accurate, proficient and efficient manner.
Ensure project team members always adhere to governance, policy, process & procedure rules and regulations.
To report breaches or non-compliance of the above.
To manage project work package list and ensure documents are properly assigned to work packages in accordance with work packaging guidelines & sub-contractors’ viewing restrictions.
To manage and confine information access to approved recipients specified in the distribution lists.
To generate weekly Viewpoint reports for distribution to nominated team members.
Experience/Knowledge Required:
Mandatory: Minimum four years’ experience using Viewpoint (formerly 4 Projects).
Knowledge and use of document control systems and processes
Excellent IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook.
