Customer Care Co-Ordinator – Carpentry Company

Information on the role
Maintain compliance with policies & procedures
Offer excellent customer service to both customers & clients
Build & maintain professional relationships
Handle customer complaints, liaising with relevant project teams to resolve any issues
Organise documents and files
Complete a variety of general office admin tasks
What we’d like from you
Experience as a Customer Care Co-Ordinator is desirable
Customer Service Skills is essential
Exceptional written and spoken English skills
Proficient in Microsoft Products
Self-motivated personality
Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
Organisation and time management skills
