Responsibilities:
· Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and specifications to understand project requirements.
· Performing a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, finishing, cabinetry, and joinery.
· Selecting and sourcing appropriate materials and tools for each project.
· Constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures according to project plans.
· Ensuring precision and accuracy in measurements and cuts to deliver high-quality work.
· Collaborating with clients, project managers, and other team members to ensure project success.
· Adhering to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
· Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
· Providing input on design and construction feasibility
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in a similar bespoke carpentry environment.
· Proficiency in various carpentry techniques, tools, and equipment.
· Strong understanding of construction principles and best practices.
· Attention to detail and a commitment to producing fine craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
· Supervising and managing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
· Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
· Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
· Monitoring and enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
· Providing leadership and direction to the construction crew, addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
· Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets the required standards.
· Collaborating with project managers to report progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
· Contributing to the development of work schedules and resource allocation plans.
